One of the biggest advances in building websites with WordPress in the last few years is the use of page builders and Elementor was probably the first one I heard about and used.
Page builders make it easy for you to get the exact design on a page that you want through the use of blocks instead of using code. You no longer had to have a theme that came with these options as you could use any theme and drag any of the elements you needed into position.
Lots of other page builders exist now including Divi, Thrive Architect and Beaver Builder to name a few and WordPress even decided to make their own the default way of building content in their CMS with their Gutenberg editor.
Elementor is by far the most popular and I’d say the number one page builder used today. It’s a WordPress plugin that you can download and activate in order to use the page builder for free. This free builder gives you 30 basic but powerful blocks you can use to create eye popping and engaging designs.
You can also get more options by upgrading to Elementor Pro, the paid version of the plugin. The best time to upgrade would probably be through their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale which is happening right now as we speak.
Elementor Pro Black Friday 2020 sale
With Elementor’s Black Friday sale, you can upgrade to Elementor Pro and their are three options depending on your needs. You can get up to 25% off based on your choice of license.
For persons who just need to get it for 1 website, the personal plan doesn’t give any discount to the $49/year price.
Discounts start from the Plus plan where you can use Elementor Pro on up to 3 websites. Users will get up to 10% off.
If you need an expert license, which lets you use Elementor on more than 3 sites then you’ll get a 25% savings. The expert license gives you usage on up to 1000 sites which is pretty unlimited in my opinion and is perfect for most of us or if you run an agency.
Why Upgrade to Elementor Pro?
Elementor’s free plugin allows you to use their drag and drop builder on unlimited sites but although awesome in what it can do, it’s pretty limited and doesn’t compare to what you can unlock with an Elementor Pro license.
The paid version of Elementor gives you more of everything. You get more blocks, more pro templates and a lot of stuff that isn’t available in the free version. If you’re a designer who uses Elementor a lot or you want to do more on your personal websites then it’s a no brainer getting Elementor Pro.
With Elementor Pro, you get everything you get with the free plugin – the drag and drop builder and access to 30 basic widgets. And then you unlock a bunch of other stuff such as over 50 advanced widgets which you can’t get with the free plugin.
You also get over 300 pro templates, a theme builder, a pop-up builder for building eye-catching pop-ups and forms. The form builder you get integrates with popular marketing tools such as Aweber, MailChimp, MailerLite, ConvertKit and more.
There’s also a Woocommerce builder which comes with 15 shop widgets so if you’re using Woocommerce for an online store and have Elementor then this could be another reason to get pro.
Premium support and product updates are just two additional benefits of getting a pro license to Elementor. Whenever Elementor adds new widgets, templates and options to their plugin, you’ll get access to these as a pro member but you most likely won’t if you just have the free plugin.
Which license you choose depends on your needs and your Black Friday discount will be between 10% up to 25% based on your choice.
Final Thoughts on Elementor Pro Black Friday sale
Upgrading to an Elementor Pro unlocks a wealth of options and usage including more advanced widgets and pro templates.
Depending on your needs you can enjoy up to 25% off the regular pricing. Personal sites (1 only) get no discount. Plus license gives you usage on up to 3 sites and is 10% off. Most of us will want Elementor Pro on more than 3 sites and that’s where you can get 25% off.
